I am proud that NH was one of the first states to recognize marriage equality. Such a civil right should be enshrined in our constitution to protect it from those who might try to take it away from some groups. As a straight woman married for 57 years, no one else's marriage threatens mine. Everyone - straight, gay, transgender, Black, white, etc. - should have the same marriage rights as I do.
