The courts have made it clear time and time again that New Hampshire is failing its students by not providing schools with the funds they need. Any of us would face legal consequences if we ignored the judgment of a court. This legislature has done just that time and time again by refusing to acknowledge rulings for more fundings. This bill could right this wrong and finally put New Hampshire on the right path to doing right by our kids and providing high-quality, adequately funded public education.
