Babies can't give 2 weeks notice before getting sick and kids can't give you a heads up when they're going to fall off the monkey bars at school and break their arm. This is a ridiculous situation. NH should prioritize making parent work balance an actual thing. Like ACTUALLY!! You want workers?? Support them and their damn kids.
