Being a new parent is hard enough without added and unnecessary fear over loosing the ability to live. If NH wants a sustainable retirement option, it must protect families creating the generation that will support it's retirees. Also, it is federal law that allows for 12 weeks of fmla. The ridiculous state attempt to circumvent protections already in place for families will result is severe reduction in available funding due to the amount of money required to protect the state government from the onslaught of lawsuits from it's population and it's superior governing agency.
