The New Hampshire 2022 and 2023 VDER studies (critically reviewed by experts across the political spectrum) established the value of residential solar. Since residential solar provides such significant cost avoidance (rate savings) for all utility customers, why would the state want to eliminate the choice towns currently have to incentivize it?
