The potential for abuse and misuse of such a bill can not be understated. Just look at DHS' record over the last 12 months for insight. Using immigrants as a scapegoat for the system's inability to provide enough affordable housing units for the population is a charade that is growing more and more transparent to the public at large by the day - and at the same time, so does disgust over anti-immigration policies.
