To whom this may concern, it is important for municipalities to have a say and a process for determining if a detached ADU is appropriate near or in the protected shoreline area. The language change gives the municipalities the opportunity to evaluate the impact on the shoreland. It is vital that we preserve and protect our NH Lakes.
