We need to live up to our state motto, and enshrine existing rights for marriage equality into law. 80% of NH citizens support this. We have seen recently that the Federal government and courts are willing to "reexamine" and undermine rights we thought were protected (e.g. the Dobbs decision); we need to protect our rights under STATE law.
