As a concerned citizen and registered (and regular) voter in New Hampshire, I am writing in support of the passage of HB 1602. I, along with many other residents in the state, are concerned about the importance of keeping toxic substances, such as improperly disposed of lithium batteries, out of the solid waste processing system, HB 1602 builds on recent successful legislation banning the disposal of lithium batteries in the state (effective on July 1). Please pass this bill! Thank you.
