I oppose this bill. It places too much financial responsibility on waterfront property owners for maintaining the state owned dams. It will not generate enough money to keep up with ongoing operation, maintenance and repair needs. Please continue to work on this important issue and find an equitable funding solution that protects NH lakes, communities and economies.
