The NH Supreme Court has ruled twice that it is the NH state constitutional duty to adequately fund NH children's education. It is your duty to do so, and passing this bill will give a level of education for NH children that is commensurate with children in other states, without putting a gross financial burden on NH taxpayers through horendous real estate taxes.
