This is so wrong! Why the supporters of this hate renewable energy resources so much is not explainable on rational grounds. Towns should be allowed to decide for themselves whether there is enough benefit for all to continue to have this exemption. Local control used to be a common value across partisan divides. Please stick with that and don't dictate from the state legislature what our towns and cities wish to do.
