Honorable Chair and Committee Members, It is important to surveil the outcomes of property tax expenditures. All New Hampshire citizens deserve to see the outcomes of all education programs supported by the education freedom savings accounts, which exist thanks to the property tax payers of this state. In addition to the academic results of non-public education supported by EFAs, the eligibility for those EFAs and the EFA expenditures require monitoring and oversight to protect taxpayers from fraudulent practices.
