I support this bill. Property taxpayers aren't stupid - we see and aren't happy the legislature created the EFA program without sufficient oversight or controls. Just handing our money over to rich people, when we are in danger of losing our homes. This measure would put some brakes on how much continues to bleed into the pockets of those that don't need help paying for educating their kids.
