I am testifying in support of HB 1540. Past legislation allowing ADU's is important in providing the crucial housing needed to serve New Hampshire residents, but ADU's need to abide by environmental legislation to protect our natural environment. Our lakeshores are threatened by myriad threats. There is so much potential for conservation and housing to work together, instead of housing at the detriment of our lakes.
