The quality of our lakes has been diminishing. Protecting the quality of our lakes and water is an economic necessity. Allowing towns to decide whether accessory dwellings are appropriate is reasonable legislation. Allowing accessory dwellings, regardless of the impact to everyone else on a water body is inappropriate.
