Thank you for the opportunity to write in support of HB 1114. The ability to submit online testimony as part of the legislative process, and to have that testimony considered, is a true form of democracy. Citizens of New Hampshire should have the opportunity to engage in the legislative process through digital means in our modern society. Many people, like myself, cannot miss a day of work to attend public hearings in Concord. Though, we still are impacted by legislation and care very much to share our input as our elected representatives consider all the testimony in making decisions about bills. I ask for your vote of Ought to Pass on HB 1114 and to continue allowing and considering as part of the record online public testimony.
