I enjoy using NH lakes that have state-owned dams. Everyone in NH benefits from our wealth of lakes, either through direct enjoyment or the positive impacts of tourism dollars they generate. We should all support the health of those dams. Why would we tax lakefront property owners? And i say "tax," because it is a tax, not a fee. Why not go for more money, and more broadly? This appears to be insufficient funding, and unfairly raised. Thank you.
