This bill will seriously hinder the develoment of clean energy sources. Hanover NH has development solar energy sources under previous legislation has been very significant. HB 1002 will hinder development in other cities and towns in the state. I serve on the Sustainable Hanover Committee and am very much opposed to this legislation
