Quite apart from the questionable, violent tactics and recent illegal/criminal behavior of Immigration agents, immigration control is a federal responsibility, not a state responsibility. New Hampshire should not bear the cost or responsibility of housing arrestees charged with federal immigration crimes, Nor should NH tolerate the prospect of expanded ICE activities in our state.
