As the regional director of women for them rights, former new hampshire state director, still a resident of new hampshire, i strongly urge the committee to reject this bill. this type of law is not only unconstitutional but it is practically unenforceable. It also endangers the lives of law enforcement officers who would be ones attempting to confiscate firearms. If you value their lives and service at, you would not put our beloved men and women no enforcement officers in such grave danger. The only constitutionally sound way to prevent the loss of life through the violent actions of a mentally unsound person with a firearm is to ensure that any person or people's who maybe potential victims of such acts are sufficiently armed to end any threat to their own lives and those family and community members who may also be threatened. That is the most obvious solution. This bill will absolutely "Mass up" our great and free granite state. Please vote to kill this bill and continue the noble work of empowering law abiding citizens rather than punishing them.
