Red Flag laws in New Hampshire should be banned. These laws invade the privacy of responsible gunowners. Also puts us at risk for being incorrectly identified as a concern just because my neighboors do not like how i cut my grass they can report me under the red flag law. Then because of a silly neighborhood dispute i can lose my right to protect myself and my family. I could lose my job as A Girl and A Gun Facilitator and Instructor. These laws are ripe for abuse, provide limited due process protections, and put law enforcement officers in unnecessarily dangerous situations.
