Members of the House Education Funding Committee, ETC is funded by private business contributions, it is not funded by the state. Only the poorest of the poor can qualify for this scholarship and those families are the neediest. The ETC scholarship alone will not allow them to attend the school of their choice, they desperately need both ETC and EFA scholarships. This bill will harm the most vulnerable of our society. I know fellow students of my children that would not be able to attend the private school that they are at now without these much needed funds. Please do hurt these families by passing this bill.
