It is a foundational moral truth that we are not to kill innocent human beings, but rather love and protect them. The direct intention to kill an innocent person is always forbidden as a basic, universal moral norm. Every human being is a human person. If one thinks there is such a thing as a human being who is not a human person, the burden of proof is on that one to show us one. Pretending there is such a thing as a human being who is not a human person is a lie that has been used before to dehumanize people that those in power want to control and kill. Ex. slavery, the Holocaust, the Rwandan genocide, abortion, etc. We are living in a time where we have a government sanctioned, ongoing, daily mass murder of preborn children under the big lie of abortion. Every preborn child is already federally protected by the U.S. Constitution under the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment, but those in government leadership positions are not enforcing it. “No State shall…deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” -U.S. CONSTITUTION, AMENDMENT XIV, SECTION I Abortion is unconstitutional. CONCLUSION: The federal and state governments are derelict in their duty to uphold the U.S. Constitution and provide equal protection to preborn persons. We are in a Constitutional crisis and it is incumbent upon the Supreme Court to do their job and make it explicitly clear that the meaning of “person” in the 14th Amendment includes all human beings from conception/fertilization and all federal and state governments must apply equal protection to all preborn children; i.e. making the direct, intentional killing of a preborn child (abortion) a crime. AND RIGHT NOW WITH THIS BILL, NH CAN BE A LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS TO OTHER STATES IN OUR NATION.
