Hi , I have been using the eta and etc for the past two years . It has given my family a great opportunity. My daughter has been attending catholic school with the help of the efa and etc . She is excelling in school where if she went to the public school in our area, it is one of the worst schools in the whole district of Nashua. She is at the top of her class and receiving all A’s without me being able to use both of these I would not be able to let her attend Catholic school. This would be horrible for me and my family. Please reconsider about not letting families use both and not letting them carry over the remaining amounts
