Hello, I strongly oppose this bill. The ETC scholarship is funded by private business contributions, it is not funded by the state. And only the poorest of the poor can qualify for this scholarship. That population is the neediest. The ETC scholarship alone will not allow them to attend the school of their choice, they desperately need both ETC and EFA scholarships. This bill will harm the most vulnerable of our society. Thank you for you consideration.
