Dear Representatives, HB 1740 is a dangerous bill. Please oppose it. HB 174o severely limits civil protections for those who have experienced domestic violence. Domestic violence is no joke. People die every day as a result of domestic violence. Who would cut the funding to domestic violence centers except people who see the need for protecting perpetrators of domestic violence?
