As we constantly see shootings on campuses across the country, why do our young adults need to shelter in place and pray the police arrive in time? Requiring a full training course on safety, as well as when to use force with a weapon, would stop many of these campus shootings. We are the "Live Free or Die" state for a reason, we are strong, and deserve to not have our rights infringed on.
