The Death Penalty was abolished in NH in 2019.and is settle law. I do not support the death penalty. Multiple studies have shown there is no deterrent to violent crime when the death penalty is an option for the courts and the execution takes place. What it does do is cost the State and enormous amount of money to house and settle appeals for the defendant. NH what's wrong with you.? Vote no on this bill.
