I strongly Support HB 1621, to require an environmental impact study for all proposed manufacturing and storage facilities within NH, as what recently occurred with St Gobain in Merrimack with PFAS and PFOAs is an excellent case-study for what we would not want to repeat in our communities state-wide. We must know and be cognizant of all the environmental impacts BEFORE any manufacturing and storage facilities are constructed, not AFTER they have been built and a discovery that operations are causing damage to our safety, health and environment and the people who live in the communities where these manufacturing and storage facilities have been constructed...I strongly urge the NH House of Representatives to Vote in Support of HB 1621, and to PASS this Bill as soon as Possible!
