In NH, all other companies have liabilities clauses except the gun industry. They can be taken to court. Guns are sold with implied safety mechanisms. If it is found that those safety mechanisms are not working adequately , then there should be a recall and the owners should have a form of redress. There should be laws that force the firearms industry to take the data regarding a safety issue seriously, and if this doesn't happen the consumer should have an avenue to pursue a grievance. It should not be the responsibility of the consumer to solve the problem.
