With all the unknowns in the world, there are certain things as a parent that are non negotiable for me. That is my child’s education and what they’re exposed to. Being lower income and having the availability of both EFA and ETC has allowed my child to excel in academics by being able to afford to send him to a private school. The education and values are unmatched. Unfortunately, even with both myself and my husband working, we wouldn’t be able to afford to send him to a private school without the scholarships. You will be forcing the hand of every parent by taking the right and choice away from where they want they’re child to learn, grow and succeed, if you no longer allow both scholarship opportunities as it has been for years now. PLEASE RECONSIDER.
