Carolyn D Garretson | Oppose HB1730

As a very concerned citizen and grandmother I vehemently oppose this bill. The death penalty is inhumane and is more costly than options. It sounds as if the legislators would return to brutal methods and cruel treatments if they could fool enough people into thinking that is how we should behave in a civilized, moral community.
