1. I am opposed to the death penalty. Countries that do not exact the death penalty do not have more murders/sex crimes/crimes against minors than does the US. 2. Have you thought about the difference between a criminal trial and a criminal trial when death penalty is on the table? Defense would not / should not stop at anything to mitigate the alleged offense, resulting in extremely traumatizing the victims of these crimes.
