I oppose this legislation for the same reason I oppose death penalty: 1.oppose murder, but don't believe murder corrects murder. 2,Killing people is harmful for those who have to kill the convicted murderer. 3. A mistakes have been made in a murder convictions, so it should not be allowed. 4. People who murder should pay a price, and in some cases need to be in for life. Others can be and are rehabilitated.
