Susan Belair

I am in favor of passing this bill. With State, County and Municipal budgets tightening, I do not want any tax payer fund going to federal government buildings, or running of said buildings. Moreover, I am ethically and morally opposed to ICE practices of treating human beings as caged animals. We do not need cages fir people here. NH is better than that. We treat people with dignity here. I implore you to pass this bill.
