Why should special privileges be awarded to gun manufacturers? What other industries benefit from such government largesse? This bill repeals an unjust advantage given to gun manufacturers at the expense of anyone who believes they are justified in bringing legal action for cause. Let the courts decide, not the legislature, regarding these actions.
