Runoff is the largest source of contamination to our waterbodies, and salt is a forever chemical that is now harming aquatic systems and contaminating water wells. Safe storage of road salt chemicals that prevents and/or minimizes salt contamination is vital to the preservation of our clean waterbodies and preventing further contamination of those that are already negatively impacted. Please pass this bill.
