This bill seems to duplicate efforts from the relationship of the patient and parents and their care provider to discuss vaccine exemption options, as well as information already available on DHHS website. This information is readily available to parents on a quick google search of “nh vaccine exemptions” as the first hit on the search. This information is already shared by DHHS on their website. Religious exemptions have a form that requires no notary signature. Medical exemptions must come from the care provider for the child. This bill seems unnecessary given the information already available.
