My name is Dr. Christine Arsnow. I am a primary care pediatrician and president of the NH Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. The NHAAP opposes HB 1584. This bill is not necessary. There is already an effective process by which parents can request religious exemptions to vaccines. Governor Ayotte vetoed a similar bill last year because it was unnecessary and redundant.
