I am opposed to HB 1737. Murder is wrong regardless of who is doing the murdering; a private individual or "the state." One cannot preach the sanctity of life and execute someone, all in the same breath. If someone is convicted of murder, we already have options; life without chance of parole. In a non-cushy penitentiary setting. In the case of murder against people younger than 13, restitution and penance with the family can be considered *in addition* to incarceration. Vote against HB 1737 and keep NH out of the Dark Ages. Thank you, Lynn McRae, RN, BS Ed, MALS Dartmouth Lyme
