Dear Committee Members, The people have a right to be heard, since this is government by the people and for the people, That ideal is prominently exercised by the public commenting process. Since at present there is no transparency as to how these comments are treated, there is no way for citizens to know if their efforts are being taken seriously. Without this transparency, it appears that public servants are more responsive to their own interests and not the interests of the public. Please vote to support this bill.
