I support the raising of funds through cigar taxes in order to restore much needed funding of children's heath insurance and funding to the State Colleges. We all know how critical it is not only to the children and families but the health care system of our state. We rely on our health care providers and hospitals to meet the needs of Granite Staters. Without this kind of funding many clinics and hospitals could close or lose valuable services. We want our state to attract good medical providers, families and businesses. Thank you for your time.
