I oppose this bill and bills 1707 and 1608 and SB634 as these are outrageous and will have an ill affect on STRs owners, NH residents and out of state visitors. As a NH resident all my life this is way more government overreach in a state that's motto is "live free or die" except when we need more money from you. If you want to increase housing and development for NH residents than why don't you impose a tax on corporations owning homes and out of staters owning homes here. That will allow the housing market to change and flow back to the Granite staters. What you do with your home shouldn't have any business being discussed within the state representatives.
