Please do NOT reinstitute the death penalty in cases of capital murder. We cannot kill in the name of the state, and the repeal has already been fought for so many times. I write to a person on death row, and want to work for restorative justice, which maintains the dignity of all involved. It is a misuse of public resources, violates the moral codes of most religious groups, and we may execute the wrong person, as has happened in the past. We are better than that. Vote NO!
