My wife and I support HB 1431 reclassifying neonicotinoid insecticides as “restricted use”. We are master gardeners. Through experience and education we have learned about the importance and delicate balance of plants and animals in our environment. We have learned of the long lasting negative impact of neonicotinoids including chronic harm and death to pollinators, contamination of soil and water, death of aquatic insects which are a critical source of food for fish and direct and indirect harm to birds. Please support this bill helping to preserve the ecosystem that keeps New Hampshire natural and pristine.
