There is a disproportionate amount of parties and alcohol on college campuses in New Hampshire, it’s just a fact of life regarding colleges and the youth that live there and the freedom they enjoy being away from their parents. Introducing guns into an environment full of inexperience, with alcohol and party fueled immaturity is the opposite of a wise idea and the opposite of public safety.
