This bill does not address the criminals who will obtain their guns regardless of any law. This bill penalizes the law-abiding citizens in an attempt to usurp our 2nd Amendment. The premise sounds good; however, the process is arbitrary and subjective to whoever makes the decision. I am vehemently opposed to the "assumptions" that will be made in order to "red flag" a person.
