This bill would raise revenue through an increase in the cigarette/cigar tax which would restore funding to 2024 levels for UNH ($18,000,000). This bill would eliminate premiums on the children’s health insurance program and the New Hampshire Granite Advantage health care program which were imposed by the most recent state budget.
