The storage of snow and ice control chemicals is a very important issues: we must ensure that they don’t contaminate groundwater or surface water. This bill would have DES issue regulations for safe storage, with stricter requirements near areas already affected by these chemicals. Please vote to support this bill for the health our wonderful NH lakes and their water quality.
